has recalled nearly 1.6
million drop side cribs
after two babies
suffocated when the drop
side detached. The
recall includes cribs
with two different kinds
of broken hardware,
including 985,000 "Crib
Trigger Lock with Safety
Peg" drop side hardware,
and 600,000 "Crib
Trigger Lock with Spring
Peg" drop side hardware.
Although neither of
these cribs are
currently sold at
stores, you should check
cribs you already own to
make sure they're not
included.
Delta's "Crib Trigger

hardware models were
sold from January 1995
to September 2007 at
major retailers
including Wal-Mart,
Kmart and Target. Model
numbers, located on the
mattress support board
