As a Chocolate Distributor and a Mom of three boys and a borderline diabetic, the need to carry the little things in life without having them melt in the heat or carry a cooler became a necessity. As I researched the web to find that perfect bag, I realized it was not out there. I was then inspired to create my own insulated tote bag and to much avail my dream has come true. The convenience of carrying items like small Snacks, Drinks, Medicine, Cosmetics, & Chocolates are effortless. You will enjoy this bag, just as much as I have. Return Policy Returns:

Tote Bags must be returned undamaged within 30 days of receipt. Damaged products must be reported within 10 days of receipt at Sunflowerlane@ymail.com All returns must have an RMA number. Shipment of returned product is at the expense of the customer. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Accessories:

We will refund the purchase price for unopened accessory items within 30 days of receipt. There is a 15% restocking fee. Shipment of unopened accessory items is at the expense of the customer. Accessory items will be sent back to the original manufacturer by Icy Diamond Totes. Icy Diamond Totes is not responsible for any manufacturer defects.
