The Potty Patty Toilet Seat II is designed to fit between the toilet and the ring - thus does not move at all.

Dimensions: Outer ring that sits on bowl = 12.5" W x 14.75" L

Outer Dimensions of Seat that comes up through toilet seat = 8.5" W x 11" L

It reduces the size of the opening and is shaped like a comfortable toilet seat. The high back will provide support for the child's back and the splash guard in front will prevent messes.

It is made of durable recycled polyprolene.
