Return Policy:

If you would like to return an item it must be in "new and unused" condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund, excluding shipping fees.

2. To ensure product integrity AND for health, hygiene and sanitary reasons we are unable to accept returns on any kind of personal items such as potty training pants, potty seats, potty chairs, urinals - anything that may have come in contact with urine or feces.

4. For hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns with any indications that it has been used, installed or applied. This includes, but is not limited to, items that have been assembled, unsealed videos, DVDs and CDs and any personalized items.

5. New and unused means saleable condition, not used, worn or dirty.

6. We cannot refund original shipping fees or the cost of return shipping.

7. A restocking fee of 15% up to a maximum of $8 will be applied to all returns.

8. Exchanges may incur additional shipping charges.

9. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return and credit request to be processed.
