When you receive your purchase, please examine it carefully. If you are not satisfied with any item, simply return it by following the guide lines below:

Items must be returned with packing slip, original box and all essential components within 30 days of purchase. - Full refunds will be given less shipping, handling, and gift-wrap charges.

Items shipped back to The Ohio Art Company may be sent via the carrier of your choice. The Ohio Art Company will not accept COD packages.

Refunds will be issued only to the original purchaser’s credit card.

Customized Products will only be exchanged. Please note that The Ohio Art Company reserves the right to refuse any refund.
