Return Policy

The Oadex.com offers a 15 day return policy on selected items based on manufacturer's return policies. All refused shipments, non-defective and defective returns that are found to be non-defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee. For further information not listed, please contact our Customer Support.

If you are returning defective product we will ship replacement after we receive and process your returned product. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest you request a credit (rather than a replacement), when you obtain your RMA number. Then place a new order. The new order will be shipped as soon as we have product available and your credit will be applied approximately 10-15 days after we receive the product you are returning. The Oadex.com reserves the right to refuse a RMA or to issue only one RMA per returned product. Depending on the type of RMA, The Oadex.com might or might not pay shipping on the RMA. The Oadex.com does not pay shipping on replacement RMAs in the unlikely case that a replacement RMA is issued.

All items returned for refund must be in sellable condition, with all original packing, manuals, and software.

NOT REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

Shipping cost, wire transfer fees, customs and brokerage costs. Shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount in case of return or refusal of order shipped with free ground shipping promotion.

Any physically damaged or defaced items. Any damage as a result of shipping must be filed with the carrier immediately and prior to any requests for a RMA number

Some products, software and other products listed as non-returnable must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement

All returns must be sent freight pre-paid by UPS, Federal Express, or any other carrier that issues a tracking number to the address provided by RMA Department. The customer must pay for any desired insurance on the package. The Oadex.com is not responsible for any losses or damages in transit. Please remember to put the RMA number on the outside of your package. If not visible, the package may be refused.

Please allow 1-2 weeks after all goods are received for refunds to be processed. Refunds will be applied in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
